Electro-Mechanical Technician

Location : Foster City, CAPay : $40.00 per hourSchedule : Full-time (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM)JOB OVERVIEW: We are hiring an Engineering Technician to support assembly, testing, and prototyping of electronic hardware for automotive applications. This role works closely with engineering teams to ensure high-quality builds and timely project completion in a fast-paced lab environment.RESPONSIBILITIES: Assemble and test electronic hardware (prototypes and low-volume builds)Support engineers with product development and process improvementsPerform quality inspections and verify work accuracyConduct final product testing based on proceduresAssist with troubleshooting and resolving assembly issuesMaintain accurate documentation and communication with teamsKeep work area clean, organized, and compliant with safety standardsREQUIREMENTS: High school diploma or GED3–5 years of electro-mechanical assembly experienceAbility to read technical drawings and follow detailed instructionsExperience using assembly tools (soldering irons, crimpers, cutters, etc.)Strong attention to detail and qualityExperience with lab equipment (oscilloscopes, power supplies, etc.) preferredIPC certifications (IPC-610, IPC-620, J-STD) preferredExperience working in product development or low-volume manufacturing is a plusPowered by JazzHR
