Working Superintendent

KMK Builders is a small local construction company specializing in high end custom home building and renovations. We are in need of a motivated and detail-oriented working superintendent to facilitate projects, ensure high quality workmanship and someone to grow with us. Responsibilities and Skills -Residential or commercial construction experience required. -Assist Project Managers. -Manage and direct subcontractors throughout project and ensure quality performance. -Complete miscellaneous tasks between trades to facilitate project. -Read and understand building plans and project specifications. -Job site material, supplies and equipment management. -Ensure a safe working environment. -Facilitate daily job site clean-up and organization activities. -Provide own tools and transportation.
