The ideal candidate should be a senior-level developer who can contribute as a technical lead, drive a squad operationally, and provide implementation guidance to junior developers. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions using Salesforce platform technologies. Lead and mentor development teams while contributing hands-on to development activities. Drive squad-level technical delivery and support implementation best practices. Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements. Provide architectural and implementation guidance to developers. Work on integrations, customizations, and automation within Salesforce ecosystem. Ensure high-quality code standards, performance optimization, and scalability. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Development. Experience working with Agent force platform/solutions. Ability to lead developers technically and operationally.
