Application Developer – Conversational AI & Voice Systems Full‑Stack | Cloud | Real‑Time Systems About The Role We’re hiring a Application Developer to join a fast‑growing Communication Platforms organization building next‑generation conversational and telephony experiences used by customers at scale. This team owns mission‑critical systems across voice, SMS, virtual agents, and contact‑center integrations , and plays a direct role in shaping how customers interact with the business.You’ll join a small, high‑impact Natural Language & Automation (NLA) team —a tight‑knit group where each engineer has meaningful ownership. In this role, you’ll help design and build real‑time, AI‑driven conversational systems that stream live voice, understand caller intent, intelligently route interactions, and seamlessly blend human and virtual agents.This is a true full‑stack role with deep exposure to telephony, conversational AI, cloud infrastructure, and hands‑on DevOps . Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $65.00 - $72.11/hr.
