Operations Associate (Overnight Shift)

We are seeking a detail-oriented Operations Associate to support our production team in a fast-paced, high-precision environment. This role is responsible for processing customer items through specialized equipment, ensuring consistent quality, and maintaining strict handling standards. What You’ll Do Process items using imaging and production equipment Ensure all outputs meet quality and consistency standards Prepare and handle products for downstream operations Follow established procedures for tracking and processing items Maintain organized workstations and workflow efficiency Meet daily productivity and quality expectations Adapt to shifting priorities based on operational needs Perform other duties as assigned to support business operations. Overtime opportunities during peak seasons or when business needs require extra hours Physical Requirements Ability to remain in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods Repetitive use of hands and wrists Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds Visual acuity to inspect detailed items Ability to work in a production environment with varying noise levels Overnight Shift Schedule: 9:30pm - 6am We participate in E‑Verify.
