In this role, you’ll work closely with teams across the company and external counsel to deliver practical, business-minded legal guidance that keeps projects moving and enables innovative, large-scale productions around the world.This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys building, problem-solving, and operating in a high-growth environment. The ideal candidate brings strong IP licensing and technology transactions experience, a collaborative mindset, and a desire to partner cross-functionally to help bring ambitious creative and technical projects to life.As a Senior Attorney, you’ll be responsible for: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to event production, partnerships, vendor agreements, licensing, and technology servicesProvide practical, business-oriented legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contractual terms, risk, and obligationsSupport the development and standardization of contract templates, playbooks, and processes to improve efficiency and consistencyPartner with teams across production, operations, marketing, and engineering to ensure contracts align with business needs and timelinesIdentify and help mitigate legal and commercial risks in agreements and business initiativesCollaborate with external counsel on specialized legal matters when neededAssist with compliance considerations related to contracts, including regulatory requirements impacting operations (e.g., drone operations, event safety, data privacy)Maintain and organize contract records and legal documentationYou’ll need to have: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and active bar membership in good standing.  Licensed in Colorado is a plus5–9+ years of relevant legal experience, with a strong focus on IP licensing, contract drafting, and negotiationExperience working in-house or closely with business teams preferredExperience in entertainment, media, technology, or event production industries is a plusFamiliarity with emerging technology is a bonusStrong contract drafting and negotiation skills across a variety of agreement types, with an emphasis on IP licensing and technologyAbility to balance legal risk with business objectives and provide practical solutionsExcellent communication skills, with the ability to translate legal concepts for non-legal stakeholdersStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentIt’s a plus if you have:Experience in entertainment, media, technology, or live event productionFamiliarity with drone regulations or emerging technologiesExperience building legal templates, playbooks, or scalable processesA proactive, solutions-first mindset with strong business judgmentA collaborative, low-ego approach and comfort working across teamsWhy this role is unique:You’ll be stepping into a role where legal is deeply embedded in the creative and operational engine of the company.
