Role Description This position is for a Licensed Psychologist who will join as an independent contractor and work primarily in office with 1-2 days remotely if desired. The position includes a flexible autonomous work schedule with no set caseload requirements and the ability to prioritize preferred areas of interest. The Licensed Psychologist will be responsible for providing individual and/or family therapy and creating and implementing treatment plans for clients. The Licensed Psychologist will also be responsible for communicating with healthcare providers, documenting client progress in a timely manner, and scheduling follow up sessions with clients. A candidate with specialty interests and experience in treating anxiety disorders (primarily OCD), disruptive behavioral disorders, parent coaching for ADHD and/or mood concerns would be an ideal fit. Training and supervision is offered if requested. Qualifications Possess a Doctorate in School, Counseling, Professional or Clinical Psychology Current and active state licensure as a Psychologist in Minnesota Experience providing cognitive-behavioral evidence based treatment modalities Experience in providing individual outpatient therapy Experience in treating anxiety, behavioral, and/or mood disorders Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment Cultural competence and experience working with diverse populations Experience with electronic health records and documentation
