Senior Project Scheduler
POSITION SUMMARYThe Project Scheduler will assist project teams in developing, tracking and updating schedules from inception to completion of the project. The Project Scheduler will also work with the Scheduling team to enhance overall business flow.RESPONSIBILITIESCommunicate effectively with all field staff members, scheduling consultant and the client to ensure efficient and accurate schedule development and updatesMeet with Subcontractors as required in development of baseline schedule, monthly updates and recovery scheduleIdentify and communicate significant schedule risks to Staff and appropriate Division personnelForecast impacts of variances to aid in the management of the schedule.Utilize Primavera P6 scheduling software to update and document schedule performanceMonitor and status schedule progressAnalyze delivery impacts, time extensions, claims, etc. through the use of schedule fragnetsInteract with scheduling consultant in schedule reviews, claims analysis, etc. Perform cash flow projections / analysis on a monthly basisParticipate in Division training seminars QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering required or equivalent years of experience in Scheduling.Primavera P6 scheduling experience PreferredGeneral knowledge of construction means and methodsGood organization and communication skills.McCarthy is proud to be an equal opportunity employer, including disability and protected veteran status.For Southern California locations only, the salary range for this position is: $110,000 - $145,000. This does not include possible bonus and other benefits which can impact total compensation. Compensation offered may vary based on work location, experience, qualifications, specialty, training, and market and business considerations, among other factors.
