OverviewIt is the responsibility of the Host/Hostess to greet guests as the enter the outlet, take reservations if needed, show the guest to their table and provide menus. This position must also exhibit a high level of professional and personalized guest service that embodies the Company’s brand standard and core values (K.E.E.P. – Kindness, Engagement, Empathy and Positivity).ResponsibilitiesGreet guests in a friendly mannerSeat guests and provide menusAnswering phone calls, take reservations as needed, answer guests’ questions.Knowledge of menu items.Attends pre-shift meetings. Maintains uniform appearance according to established guidelines. Welcomes guests, removes extra set-ups, and serves water to guests. Assists Food Server as needed. Assists with maintaining a neat, clean, and safe working environment. Turns-over/Takes-over station according to established procedure. Assist with to-go orders. Assist with sorting, polishing and rolling up silverware. Completes special projects as requested by Food & Beverage management. QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform the duties and responsibilities satisfactorily.
