Are you tired of treating 20-30 patients per day? Would you rather be providing quality care to 8-10 patients instead? The schedule is 8am - 5pm, Monday through Friday, or a part-time arrangement may be available as well depending on availability and schedule. This is senior care delivered in a center that includes a clinic area and provides senior day care including meals, activities and transportation for enrollees or "participants".You will work with a dedicated, interdisciplinary team that includes RN's, MA's, therapists, MSW Case Managers and other staff.There is a team atmosphere and approach to care. Your role is to provide primary care in a manner that is equivalent to a Medical Home model where time with your patient is valued and not held to an arbitrary production model. You may spend an hour to 90 minutes with new patients and coordinate the care of needed specialists and others.
