Data Analyst Intern | Hybrid | $13 - $27 per hourWe're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner!The Role• Assist with business intelligence and data-related activities for the Individual division, focusing on Life Insurance, Annuities, and Disability Insurance.• Integrate data and reporting solutions with various applications and platforms.• Produce and analyze data extracts and reports from internal systems.• Contribute to the development of business intelligence and reporting dashboards.• Learn to utilize new application packages, tools, and best practices in data analysis.• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and modify workflows and automation tasks.What You'll Need• Currently enrolled full-time (or at least half-time) in a college or university program for the duration of the internship.• Ability to commit to a long-term internship, working full-time during the summer and part-time during the school year.• Consistently demonstrate initiative, a professional and self-directed approach, and the ability to meet deadlines.• Proven ability to work well and communicate proactively with management at all levels.• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.• Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel.What's On Offer• Opportunity to gain practical experience in data analysis within the financial services industry.• Exposure to business intelligence tools and reporting techniques.• Contribute to meaningful projects that help shape business decisions.• A dynamic work environment focused on professional development and collaboration.Apply via Haystack today!
