We are currently building out a new Dermatology Business Unit to launch ADQUEYTM a novel treatment for mild to moderate Atopic Dermatitis.This is a great time to join Acrotech. Here you won't be just a number, but a key contributor who will make significant impact on our organization and the patients we support.The Manager, Field Force Effectiveness, will support Acrotech's commercial field teams including, Rare Disease, Corporate Accounts & Trade team and the newly created Dermatology field team with strategic insights and data-driven recommendations. This role is critical in enabling sales leadership to drive performance, identify opportunities within local geographies and support deployment strategies, including targeting and alignment. This individual will collaborate closely with Sales leadership, Marketing, and other cross-functional teams to execute on the commercial mission. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with strong commercial understanding and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.Primary ResponsibilitiesAnalyze sales performance, promotional effectiveness, and sub-national market trends to inform commercial sales leadership on strategy, tactics, and business planning activitiesWork with external partners to optimize targeting & segmentation (HCPs, IDNs, accounts)Align field activity with brand strategy and lifecycle prioritiesTranslate data into clear, actionable insights for leadership and repsProvide insights on territory performance, sales force effectiveness, and targeting optimization to support field force and marketing initiativesWork with large datasets (e.g., 867, IQVIA, Xponent, Komodo, etc.) to develop & enhance dashboards, KPIs, business reports, presentations and run ad-hoc analysisCollaborate with field leadership on the administration and execution of sales force deployment activities including processing territory alignments, targeting, and call-planning effortsSupport brand planning and business reviews, by providing necessary analytics to both the field leadership and brand teamsConduct pre/post analysis of field initiatives, field activities, and local market dynamics to assess impact and ROIPartner with other commercial operations team members to maintain data integrity and ensure alignment with compliance and regulatory standardsIn the future, collaborate cross-functionally on strategic Omnichannel Campaigns, working closely with Field, Marketing, and external vendors and implement advanced analytics (predictive modeling, next-best-action)Qualifications - Skills & RequirementsStrong analytical skills with experience working with pharmaceutical data sets (e.g., internal 867, IQVIA Xponent/DDD, Longitudinal claims data from Komodo)Advanced Proficiency in Excel, Powerpoint, and BI tools such as Power BI, TableauWorking knowledge of sales operations, field force structure, marketing operations and/or commercial models in pharmaceuticalsStrong communication with the ability to translate data into actionable business insightsExperience collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and Corporate Accounts teamsAbility to drive projects through external vendorsStrong project management and organizational skillsExperience with CRM and analytics tools (e.g., Veeva CRM, BI tools)Experience in specialty or rare disease pharmaceutical markets is strongly desiredKnowledge of data privacy regulations and compliance in healthcare analyticsEducation & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Engineering, Data Science, Business, Statistics, Math, Life Sciences or related field.5+ years of progressively responsible experience in analytics or business insights within the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
