This person will be performing new development and enhancement activities of our current Dynamics implantation as well as performing production support.This person will participate in backlog grooming sessions, daily scrums, and requirement gathering sessions. Collaborate with business analysts, development team, and quality assurance teams as needed. Provide scrum team with regular updates. Actively represent technical concerns, options, and potential impact of changes. Triage and resolve technical issues escalated from production and multiple non-production environments.Required Skills:Experience with Dynamics 365 V9 (on-prem or online) preferably in ‘Service’ ModuleMS Dynamics 365 V9 .NET SDKJavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, XML and Visual StudioCreate and consume SOAP\Restful Web ServicesExposure to URS(Universal Resource Scheduling) within the online service moduleExperience creating complex CRM actions and workflows.Experience creating C#.NET plugins and custom workflow activities.Experience working with relational databases and writing SQLExperience with Power BI with Paginated reports, DAX and M QueryWhat We Offer:Sistema offers competitive pay and solid benefits, including medical, dental, and vision coverage.
