Rebar Project Engineer - Denver, CO

The Rebar Project Engineer supports the planning, design, and execution of the reinforcing scope on concrete projects. This role collaborates closely with the Rebar Service Manager and project teams to ensure safety, efficient, and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.Primary ResponsibilitiesAssist the project team in review, take-offs and other tasks to help prepare bids.Participates in the reviews & process shop drawings, RFI’s and submittals, checking for accuracy when compared to drawings and specifications.Supports the project team in establishing the sequential steps involved in all processes with the scope of the project by adapting schedules and work tasks accordinglyWorks closely with the project team monitoring the safety, quality, cost and scheduling of projects,Assist project team(s) with coordination of deliveries, inventories, shortages and fabrication discrepancies for all reinforcing steel for assigned project.Develops and maintains customer relationships to enhance company’s ability to procure projectsPerforms special projects and completes all other duties as assigned or requested for the general support of the organizationMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or relevant area of education and/or equivalent work experience and a minimum of two years’ work experience supporting similar key responsibilitiesExcellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skillsCompleted coursework in computer-aided drafting/building information modeling or an equivalent combination of training and/or work experienceAbility to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, as well as customers and vendorsAbility to read and understand drawingsAbility to meet deadlines and multi-task in a fast-paced environmentProficient with Microsoft Office Suite – Word, Excel, and Outlook.What We Can Offer YouInclusive Medical, Dental, Vision, Accident, and Illness insuranceCompany paid Disability and Life insuranceHealth Savings Account contribution of up to $1,000 per year 401(k) retirement savings program with a company matchEmployee Assistance Program including discounts with major vendors & productsMental and physical wellness programsCompetitive time off package including vacation, sick, and holiday payCareer advancement opportunities with a stable well-established organizationTuition reimbursement program and access to LinkedIn Learning coursesSalary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000/year based on experience.Applications submitted without a resume will not be considered.CSG/CFA does not accept unsolicited resumes from search firms or agencies.
