The Accounting Manager will oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, manage journal entries, and ensure accurate and timely reporting of the company's financial performance. Responsibilities also include preparing and processing semi-monthly payroll, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supervising accounts receivable efforts, supervising and mentoring staff accountant, and supporting overall financial planning and analysis activities. The role requires strong leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the company's financial health.Expertise in preparing Financial Statements and managing Fixed AssetsProficiency in handling Journal Entries and Accounting proceduresStrong Analytical and Finance skills to support financial decision-makingDetail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management abilitiesProficient in accounting software and tools, specifically Quickbooks and ExcelBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldMinimum 7 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
