Associate Manager - Quality Engineering

Overview In this role you lead the Sensors Integration and Test Center (SITC) Quality Engineering team in Orlando, driving quality excellence on the production floor. You collaborate with cross-functional groups to resolve complex process issues, oversee compliance with specs and ISO-9001/AS9100, and guide continuous improvement efforts. You shape product acceptance decisions, interface with customers and suppliers, and foster a culture of lean, data-driven problem solving.
