DSD Sales Food Delivery Driver-Bilingual (Spanish/English)

Job Description Bilingual LG/ER Sales Bilingual Driver Local Chicago area Hispanic company is hiring a Route Driver Salesperson to deliver and sell company food products to local grocery stores. Ideal candidate will be a high school graduate and be bilingual Spanish/English. Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must be able to drive a 12' box truck and lift to 50Lbs. Job Responsibilities · Responsible for given route and territory assigned by distribution sales supervisor. · Delivering El Ranchero products to grocery stores · Must be able to load and unload truck with product when necessary. · Responsible for merchandising and selling company food products to local grocery stores. · Responsible for making credit invoicing to grocery stores via tablet. · Working directly with grocery stores and obtain orders from customers for the sale of El Ranchero products to customer store locations. · Responsible for rotating and replacing El Ranchero products on shelves at their store locations. · Able to do safety inspection to truck before departing to daily route for safety. · Must be able to always follow company policies and procedures. · Must follow company safety guidelines when driving company truck. · Bilingual preferred (Spanish) · Able to use BMobile tablet. · Must have great follow up with reading and writing emails when necessary Schedule Monday to Friday (Saturdays when necessary) Depending on your route, you may be asked to come in earlier so you can be back to the warehouse by 2:00 pm at the end of your day. 8-hour route, starts at 6:00 am 9-hour route, starts at 5:00 am 10-hour route, starts at 4:00 am Job Type: Non-exempt Full-time · 100% Commission pay.
