Known for our approachable beers and vibrant brand, we’re one of the fastest-growing craft breweries in the Northeast with NYC taprooms and expanding distribution.We’re looking for an ambitious sales professional to lead TALEA’s growth across Upstate New York.ROLE OVERVIEWThe Sales Market Manager will own sales performance, distributor management, and brand execution throughout Upstate NY. This is a highly field-focused role responsible for expanding distribution, strengthening key accounts, and driving revenue growth. The right candidate thrives with autonomy, is a self-starter, and takes full ownership of results.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESExecute territory sales strategy to achieve volume and revenue goalsExpand distribution across priority on- and off-premise accountsBuild strong distributor relationships; conduct ride-withs and market work-withsSecure features, displays, and draft placements to maximize visibilitySupport new product launches and seasonal initiativesMonitor performance, manage trade spend, and provide market insightsQUALIFICATIONS3+ years of experience in craft beer, beverage alcohol, or CPG salesLocated in Upstate New YorkDistributor management experience preferred (we work with TJ Sheehan and Craft New York)Strong relationship-building and negotiation skillsSelf-starter comfortable in a fast-growing environmentWillingness to travel throughout Upstate NY (50–70%) using personal vehicle (with standard mileage reimbursement)Valid driver’s licenseInsatiable desire to exceed goalsCOMPENSATION & BENEFITSTotal compensation range: $70,000–$90,000 annually (inclusive of bonus).Benefits include 50% health insurance coverage, 25 days PTO accrued annually, 401k matching, and other product perks.
