This includes listening to clients about their personal fitness goals and developing training programs to help clients achieve that goal. Demonstrations of technique and providing of tips will be a part of the job to help clients achieve their desired physical fitness state.Designs and leads structured, year-round lessons for adult swimmers of varied abilitiesWork with clients on a one to one basis and be a good listener to what they are wanting to achieveLeads safe, engaging, and energetic water-based fitness classes (such as AquaFit, water aerobics, or aqua yoga) for diverse ages and ability levelsCreate curated training programs and classes for clients & guestsDemonstrate training techniques and movementsProvide tips and advice on improving form and achieving their goalEnsure safe and effective use of training equipmentMaintain training equipment hygiene and safetyThis is a part-time position. The starting pay rate for this position is $16.99 per hour plus a $60 class free, and the potential of gratuities. This is the pay rate for this position that Solage reasonably expects to pay.
