Key Responsibilities and Job Elements Support, mentor, and motivate others. Manage safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises. Collaborate with all support teams, including Safety, Ops Integration, Loss Prevention, and Human Resources, to develop plans to meet business objectives. For this role, you will need to be At least 18 years old, and authorized to work in the United States. Able to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as required. Able to lift 49 pounds; stand and walk during shifts lasting up to 12 hours; frequently push, pull, squat, bend, and reach; and continuously climb and descend stairs. Work in an environment with varying noise levels, temperatures, and weather conditions. Delivery stations may include outside loading departments and grocery locations that are refrigerated. Basic Qualifications 1+ years of Microsoft Office products and applications experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Flexibility to work a schedule that may include weekends, nights, and holidays. Preferred Qualifications 1+ year of leadership experience directly managing others. 1+ year working in a similar environment (manufacturing, distribution, warehousing, or retail). Experience with performance metrics and lean process improvement. Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to coach, train and assist team members. The starting pay for this position is listed below, including the base pay rate plus the highest available shift differential which applies depending on the shift you select. As a total compensation company, you are eligible for additional earnings including overtime pay and performance bonuses. Final pay will be based on factors including shift selection and location.
