This is a field-based role covering Northern Scotland, where you'll be out on the road each day, delivering expert repairs and peace of mind in customers' homes and workplaces. The Role As a Furniture Repair Technician, you'll assess, diagnose and repair a wide range of furniture, aiming for first-visit resolutions and consistently high standards. You'll work independently but remain closely connected to a supportive team that values your expertise, ideas and feedback. What You'll Do Visit customers to assess and repair upholstery, leather, wood and furniture items Deliver high-quality, professional repairs with a customer-first approach Complete accurate documentation and return information promptly Work towards first-visit resolution and quality targets Promote care kits where appropriate Maintain your vehicle, tools and presentation to a high standard Share feedback and ideas to support continuous improvement What We're Looking For Aged 18+ with a full UK driving licence (up to 6 points accepted) Hands-on repair experience, ideally with furniture, wood or leather Confidence working in customers' homes and representing the business professionally Beneficial Excellent attention to detail Clear communication and good time-management Willingness to follow processes while adapting to different situations What's In It for You?
