OverviewLocationArlington, VAJob TitleSenior Program AnalystSalaryCommensurate with industry position, depending on experience.TravelMay involve travel approximately 10% of the time.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesGnostech is seeking a Senior Program Analyst to provide analytical support for programs and projects by evaluating objectives and tracking performance. This is a full-time position. Responsibilities and Qualifications will include but are not limited to:Apply analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives.Analyze requirements, status, budget and schedules.Perform management, technical, or business case analyses. Collect, complete, organize and interpret data relating to aircraft acquisition and product programs. Track program/project status and schedules. Apply government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management. Supervisory ResponsibilitiesThis position does not have any supervisory responsibilities.QualificationsTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Knowledge And SkillsUnderstanding of analytical techniques for evaluating objectives and performance.Ability to collect, organize, analyze, and present data in a clear and actionable manner.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.EDUCATION And/or EXPERIENCEBA/BS degree and 10 years of experience providing analytical support for programs and projects.AA/AS degree accepted in lieu of BA/BS with accompanying 5 years of experience performing the duties described in the duties and responsibilities of this position.GED/Diploma accepted in lieu of BA/BS with accompanying 10 years of experience performing the duties and responsibilities of this position.Desired ExperienceDemonstrated program analysis experience in government organizations.Minimum Security ClearanceCurrent active Secret ClearancePHYSICAL DEMANDSThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
