Industrial & Automation Sales Manager
Safran Trusted 4D is looking for a Sales Manager to grow our Industrial & Automation business with customers that cannot afford timing failures. This role is about helping manufacturers, OT/IT networks achieve precise, secure, and resilient synchronization. The right person will know how to open doors, build trust, create pipeline, and position NTP, PTP, White Rabbit, GNSS resilience, 1PPS, and 10MHz solutions where they matter.
Job Requirements
5+ years of B2B technical sales experience in industrial automation, industrial networking, critical infrastructure, telecom, utilities, instrumentation, capital equipment, or related technology markets. • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related technical discipline. • Proven ability to build pipelines, develop new accounts, manage complex sales cycles, and consistently achieve or exceed sales targets. • Strong value-selling skills with technical and business stakeholders, including engineering, operations, procurement, and executive decision-makers. • Familiarity with timing is preferred. • Strong communication, bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred, CRM discipline, and willingness to travel up to 30%
