Operations Supervisor

If you are a self-directed individual with drive and creativity, value integrity and customer commitment, and want to work for a company that is committed to promoting from within, this is the right place for you!Role Responsibilities:• Monitor progress of daily operations, reassigns employee, and makes staffing changes as necessary.• Assign and supervise work crews operating heavy equipment.• Conduct field inspections and audits of all site personnel to ensure proper work procedures.• Receive and review customer complaints.• Perform review and performance management discussion.• Oversee a variety of complex compliance programs, including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting. Help develop and execute safety goals.• Formulate both short-term and long-term goals and action plans for the site.Role Requirements:Bachelor's degree2+ years of supervisory experience managing service delivery teams.Ability to relocate for promotional opportunities based on performanceHave or willing to obtain a CDL
