Preschool Paraprofessional

We are seeking a dedicated Paraprofessional to join our team at Central Springs CSD. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess strong communication skills. - Must have a para certificate or have an AA degree - Assist the lead teacher in implementing educational and behavioral plans for students - Support students with special education needs in a classroom setting - Utilize classroom management techniques to create a positive learning environment - Help students with educational activities - Foster childhood development through engaging and interactive activities - Collaborate with teachers to ensure the well-being and progress of each student - Ability to effectively communicate with students, teachers, and parents - Passion for supporting children's learning and growth This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the educational development in a supportive and enriching environment.
