If our employees win, we win!A Day in the Life of an Auto Service AdvisorAs an Auto Service Advisor, you meet with customers and determine their needs for vehicle repair or services. You monitor the progress of each car throughout the day and update customers frequently. To do this, you oversee the technicians working on their vehicles by tracking their time management, efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times. Your customer service skills shine through all your interactions with others as you build customer relations and great rapport.
