As a Lead Educator you will create adventures daily for our students, by working closely with the Director and our Curriculum Team.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
Create a safe and nurturing learning environment
Plan, prepare and oversee lesson plans in line with the Reggio Philosophy
Communicate effectively with the children and their families
Share your love of learning with the children
Assists in other capacities that the Director or designee may deem necessary
Qualifications:
Associate's Degree in ECE or related field with at least 24 ECE credits is required to be a Lead Teacher
Bachelor's Degree in ECE or related field is preferred
The ability to meet State / District, federal, and accreditation requirements for education and experience
At least 2 years of experience working in a Licensed Childcare Facility
Experience working in a Reggio Emilia inspired school is preferred
Highly Professional and Dependable
Flexibility to work the hours and schedule to meet the needs of the School
Any additional information requested by the Director or designee that may deem necessary
Valid CPR / First Aid Certification or willingness to obtain prior to beginning employment at RTH
