Contract:12 month contract to start, with potential for extensionPosition SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Well Site Intervention Supervisor to provide hands on leadership for safe, efficient, and compliant well site operations in the Midland, TX area. This role supports daily field execution, production optimization, and operational excellence while working closely with operations leadership, engineering, and field teams.
This is a long term contract opportunity for a senior field professional who values safety, accountability, and strong operational performance.
Key ResponsibilitiesLead and ensure safe and efficient well site and intervention operations
Champion Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) compliance and performance
Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable regulatory requirements
Work closely with the Operations Leader to direct field personnel and daily activities
Collaborate with engineering and optimization teams to improve production performance and operating efficiency
Support production tracking, operating expense monitoring, and budgeting
Coordinate with Facilities Engineers to ensure facilities operate safely and efficiently
Interface with third party operators and service providers
Support major and minor turnarounds, facility startups, and commissioning activities
Provide mentorship, technical guidance, and leadership to field personnel
Participate in employee assessments and performance reviews
Assist with staff scheduling and coverage planning
Perform relief duties for the Operations Leader as requiredRequired Qualifications15+ years of oil and gas field operations experience
Proven experience supervising well site, intervention, or production operations
Strong working knowledge of HSE standards and regulatory compliance
Experience overseeing multi discipline field teams
Ability to support operational planning, cost control, and optimization efforts
Strong leadership, communication, and mentoring skills
Ability to work 12 hour shifts on a 5/2 schedule
Must be willing to use a personal vehicle for work related travelCompensation & Work DetailsHourly Pay:$55$60 (based on experience)

Pay Range:The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $60.00 per hour; however, the pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This pay information is being provided pursuant to applicable law and is based in part on market location.
