The HR Manager is responsible for performing Human Resources initiatives in support of company strategy working directly with Executive Management. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, employee relations, HR information systems, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, affirmative action and employment law compliance.The ideal candidate will have a broad knowledge of Human Resources as well as general administrative responsibilities. They will be able to work autonomously and efficiently to ensure the end-to-end running of HR projects and operations.
