Become an expert on the Qualtrics XM Platform and related solutions Accountable to demonstrate extreme ownership for the day-to-day management and administration of the Qualtrics XM platform and related solutions including but not limited to: monitoring, security, vulnerability remediation, performance, data protection and disaster recovery Identify and recommend solutions for improvements to Qualtrics XM Platform Work collaboratively to build relationships and recommend best practices and new technologies Work on complex technical programs both independently and/or collaboratively with an understanding of system architecture both up and downstream to minimize disruption when implementing/integrating new solutions Create, establish, and enforce security best practices Understand permission structure with AD/Okta, Azure AD and Qualtrics access Act as subject matter expert for user questions about the digital product features and capabilities Drive user adoption and best practices by creating communications, training, documentation, and launch plans
