Location: Boston, MA | HybridSalary Range: $144.7K – $180.9KSchedule: Full-time | Monday-Friday, 9-5About the OpportunityAn international law firm is hiring a strategic and results-driven Legal Recruitment Manager to lead attorney recruiting, talent acquisition, and hiring operations.This role is a high-visibility leadership position responsible for driving law school recruiting, lateral attorney hiring, and summer associate programs, while aligning talent strategy with broader business objectives.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree3+ years of management experience3+ years of experience in legal recruiting, talent acquisition, or HR within professional servicesStrong knowledge of law firm recruiting, attorney hiring, and legal talent marketsAdvanced skills in project management, data analysis, and stakeholder communicationExperience with recruiting platforms and tools (e.g., Excel, LawCruit, Flo Recruit, WebEx)Proven ability to manage complex recruitment operations and hiring pipelinesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and candidatesExceptional organizational skills and attention to detailA proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvementResponsibilitiesOversee full-cycle attorney recruitment and hiring processes, including law school recruiting, lateral hiring, and judicial clerk hiringManage and optimize recruitment strategies, reporting, and hiring metricsEnsure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and data accuracyPartner with leadership to meet hiring targets and workforce planning goalsSupervise and develop recruitment coordinators and assistantsFoster a high-performance culture focused on service excellence and collaborationProvide coaching, training, and ongoing professional development supportLead the design, execution, and evaluation of the Summer Associate ProgramCoordinate orientation, mentoring programs, and engagement initiativesPartner with stakeholders to ensure meaningful work assignments and program successManage offer processes and post-program evaluationsBuild and maintain relationships with law schools, student organizations, and placement officesLead on-campus recruiting, interview processes, and employer branding initiativesDevelop targeted outreach strategies to attract top legal talentManage lateral attorney recruitment processes, including sourcing and onboardingMaintain strong partnerships with search firms and external recruiting partnersSupport candidates and internal stakeholders through due diligence processes (conflicts, background checks, etc.)Develop and manage recruitment budgets and forecastingAnalyze recruiting data, trends, and performance metricsCollaborate across offices to align best practices and hiring strategiesLead or contribute to firmwide recruitment initiatives and projectsApply TodayIf you’re ready to take the lead in legal recruiting, talent acquisition, and workforce strategy, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact.
