Enterprise Business Sales Executive

Enterprise Business Sales Executive Join our growing team at Michigan Broadband Services! As a key member of our organization, you will help advance our mission to deliver reliable, high quality broadband solutions and cutting-edge technology across communities throughout Upper and Northern Lower Michigan. This role will be instrumental in building, developing, and managing a high-performing enterprise sales team while driving strategic business growth and expanding customer relationships. Duties and Responsibilities: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. Consistently meet or exceed established sales targets. Renew and expand customer contracts to drive continued revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, referrals, and utilization of various sales tools and technologies. Develop and maintain relationships in the corporate and IT community to generate qualified leads. Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging telecommunications technologies. Travel throughout Michigan to support sales initiatives and maintain customer relationships. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field. 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales experience in telecommunications, IT, or related technology fields. Proven track record of exceeding quotas and closing large, complex deals. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key decision makers. Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience managing and leading a sales team preferred Preference will be given to candidates with knowledge and experience in the broadband industry Highly self-motivated, detail-oriented, and driven to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
