Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a General Manager based in Napa, CA, with flexibility to work from home occasionally. The General Manager will oversee daily operations, manage budgets, align resource allocation with company goals, and ensure efficient workflow. Responsibilities include supervising team performance, analyzing processes for continuous improvement, and delivering a high standard of business outcomes. The General Manager will also collaborate strategically with leadership to drive growth and implement company objectives.
