Buick Gmc Account CoordinatorThe Buick Gmc Account Coordinator will be a highly dependable team player willing to assist all team members in their day-to-day responsibilities and exceed client expectations. This is an entry-level position designed to take on more responsibility over time and encourage career growth within Martin Retail Group. ResponsibilitiesThe Account Coordinator will have many responsibilities and must be willing to adapt to the ever-changing client needs and demands. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage and be responsible for several internal documents:Client Contact & Distribution Lists Advertising Production / Scheduling Meeting Calendar Creative Requests Media Planning / Buying Requests Reporting (creative / spending / competitive)Update competitive incentive and product grids for major markets; Researching key competitive products by market and outlining details on incentives and product changes Competitive share of voice and market share updates by markets Assist all team members as they complete their day-to-day responsibilities Constantly on the lookout for new opportunities to help clients sell more products QualificationsStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office - PowerPoint, Excel and Word Must be very detail oriented a desire to be 100% accurate Proactive problem-solving skills Strong written and oral communication skills The ability to work within a team environment Quick and adaptive learner Relevant work experience will be given priority via internship or full-time employment Additional InformationCompensation Range: $33,535 - $46,640 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
