JOB OVERVIEW: As the Central Regional Manager at Allied Roofing Partners, you will oversee the operational effectiveness and growth strategies of our Brands in the Central Region. You will lead your teams to achieve strong growth and profitability by leveraging Allied Roofing Partners tools and resources to advance strategic priorities while harnessing the creativity and entrepreneurial spirit of each unique Brand.
Reporting directly to the President of the company, you will work closely with Brand leaders to drive organic growth in your Region by developing and deploying sales and business strategies to optimize performance and increase revenue. Further, you’ll collaborate with our M&A team as we seek to integrate new Brands into Allied Roofing Partners.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Develop and implement effective operational policies, procedures, and initiatives to improve overall performance, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in assigned Brands.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the health of each business, identify trends, and take proactive data-based steps to address any issues or capitalize on opportunities.
Identify and define organic growth opportunities with Brand leaders and lead the teams through the development and execution of plans to capitalize on those opportunities
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and resource allocation, ensuring operational and customer excellence while maintaining financial targets.
Work with Brand Leaders to develop and manage annual brand budgets and goals.
Foster and develop effective Brand Leaders and leadership teams, creating responsible succession and deep talent pools throughout the organization.
Create integration plans for newly acquired businesses to ensure their transition into the Allied Roofing Partners team.
REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of related experience leading people and managing a P&L.
Strong understanding of sales and operations in the roofing service business.
Prior experience leading a business over multiple locations. Residential roofing or construction experience helpful, but not required.
Strong business and financial acumen with demonstrated ability to analyze and act on key data points.
Demonstrated ability to apply a people and customer service lens to everything you do, ensuring a strong focus on customer experience and positive interactions throughout the team.
Strong project management skills with a proven track record of ensuring actions continue to align with overarching strategyand goals.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization and external partners.

COMPENSATION: This position ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 per year depending on skills and experience. Additional compensation up to 50% base aligned with stated Organizational and personal goals.
