Position SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Warehouse Crew Lead to support 2nd Shift operations due to increased production volume. This role will lead night-shift warehouse activities, coordinate labor, manage inventory flow, and ensure safe and efficient operations.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise 2nd shift warehouse operations (3:00 PM – 12:00)Handle late loading and unloading after 1st shiftPerform pre-picking for next-day outbound shipmentsManage night production inventory storage Support raw material inbound operationsOrganize inventory and optimize location groupingOperate WMS and PDA scanners for inventory accuracyEnsure safety compliance and SOP adherenceRequired QualificationsMinimum 3 years of warehouse/logistics experienceForklift operation experience and certificationProficient with WMS and PDA scannersStrong MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint)Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsJob Type: Full-timeBenefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life / AD&D, STD, LTD, 401K, and PTO/ paid holidays
