Job DescriptionCommercial Construction SuperintendentA leading commercial general contractor is seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee field operations on ground-up and renovation projects. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established builder with a strong reputation and consistent backlog of work.The ideal candidate is a proven field leader who can manage schedules, subcontractors, and job site operations while ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.Key Responsibilities• Oversee daily on-site construction activities for commercial projects • Manage subcontractors, vendors, and job site personnel • Coordinate project schedules and sequencing of trades • Ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget • Maintain job site safety and enforce OSHA compliance • Conduct site inspections to ensure quality standards are met • Communicate progress updates with Project Managers and leadership • Identify and resolve field issues proactivelyQualifications• 5-10+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction • Experience with ground-up and/or renovation projects • Strong knowledge of construction processes, scheduling, and sequencing • Proven ability to manage multiple trades and job site operations • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications • Stable work history with reputable contractors • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsCompensation and BenefitsSalary Range: $95,000 - $135,000 per year (based on experience) • Competitive compensation package • Full benefits (health, dental, vision) • Company vehicle or vehicle allowance • Strong backlog of commercial work • Opportunity for advancement within a growing companyFor more information or to apply:Call or Text: Brandon Hill at 743-223-5229 Email: brandon.hill@gogpac.com
