The Technical Recruiter will manage the full life cycle of recruiting, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and managing offers. The individual will play a key role in identifying and hiring top technical talent, building relationships with both hiring managers and candidates, and ensuring a smooth and efficient hiring process. The Technical Recruiter will also oversee technical-specific hiring initiatives to align with organizational goals.QualificationsProficiency in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and candidate managementExperience in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for roles requiring specialized technical expertise, especially in the electrical, fabrication, manufacturing and engineering industries. Strong Recruiting and Communication skills to effectively engage with candidates and internal teamsAbility to work remotely while managing priorities and meeting deadlinesBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferredExperience in industrial or technical sectors is a plus
