As a project management professional serving the interests of the client, you will utilize your experience to support, report on, provide oversight to the delivery of and provide guidance in all aspects of the delivery for any of the many varied projects within the overall program. Role accountabilities:Oversight and guidance activities in all aspects of project development and delivery; planning, execution, oversight, progress reporting, quality control, public and stakeholder interactions, agency interactions, permitting, claims, strategy, process improvement, performance, operations etc. A liaison role as needed between various delivery teams and between different contract holders. Participation in construction meetings with both Client and Contractor’s personnel to coordinate concurrent initiatives, track procurement efforts, and assist with program / project delivery.Provide technical review of construction plans and specifications and contribute to project changes for constructability and practicality.Manage teams responsible for record-keeping, general correspondence and reporting.Client Oversight reporting on the financial performance of the project(s)Responsible for overall site safety, permit condition compliance and coordination with other participant Agencies.Qualifications & Experience:10 plus years of design-build and design bid build project experience on projects involving either Tunnel, Civil and/or Rail Systems, with at least two Tunnel or Transit/Rail-related projects in the last 5 years. Prior experience as a Project Manager in the New Jersey/New York Metro area.Bachelor's degree in either Construction Management, Civil, Environmental, Mechanical, Chemical Engineering or a related field of study.Proficiency with CMIS Systems, Primavera and/or MS Project and the MS Office Suite (particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint).Professional Engineer - New York or New Jersey preferredInterested in hearing more?
