Maintenance Supervisor

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Maintenance Supervisor based in the San Francisco Bay Area. The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee daily maintenance operations, including managing a team of technicians, ensuring timely preventive maintenance, and addressing repair needs to keep properties functioning effectively. Additional responsibilities include troubleshooting issues, collaborating with contractors or vendors for specialized repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Efficient resource allocation and maintaining high-quality standards are essential in this role. Qualifications Strong Supervisory Skills with the ability to lead and coordinate maintenance team activities effectivelyExpertise in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance to ensure timely inspections and proactive issue preventionProficiency in Maintenance & Repair tasks, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general property repairSharp Troubleshooting abilities to quickly diagnose and resolve technical and operational issuesStrong organizational and communication skills to manage tasks, priorities, and team coordination effectivelyBasic proficiency with maintenance-related tools, systems, and softwareExperience working in property management or multifamily residential environments is a plusHigh school diploma or equivalent required; formal technical training or certifications are preferred
