Private Westport, Connecticut family is seeking a Live-Out (local to Connecticut) energetic Nanny/Family Assistant with current infant-to-toddler experience. Hire Date: Mid-June 2026The family will move into their home in Westport, ConnecticutTarget move-in date: Mid-June, 2026, Sign-on bonus if they find the right fit sooner.Position: Full-Time Live-Out Nanny/Family AssistantSchedule: Mon.-Fri, 8 am-6 pm, guaranteed 50 hoursMUST be flexible with occasional evenings or weekendsSalary: $40 per hour, Payroll, OT after 40 hours, Health Insurance stipend if neededRelocation: No - local candidates only, must reside within a reasonable commute to residence in Westport, CT.About the FamilyWarm and welcoming busy professionals moving to Westport, Connecticut, (currently in Miami), are looking to hire a dedicated, proactive, professional to join their household. The family will move into their home (target move-in date: Mid-June, 2026)Potential candidates will trial in FL.The family values discretion, reliability, and someone who will be a long-term fit and have the flexibility to travel with them, if they travel for 3 weeks or a month at a time, with additional pay.Children: (G) almost 8 months old, will be 1 year-old end of AugustResponsibilitiesACTIVELY Engage with babyAccompany to appointments, restaurants, running errandsAssist with sleep training, especially day nappingKeep nursery and common areas clean and tidyBaby Laundry onlyBaby cooking onlyKeep nursery/common spaces clean and tidyWhen parents are with the baby, help out as needed with errands: dry cleaning, picking up, grocery shopping, post office, opening and disposing of boxes, returning itemsIdeal Candidate & PersonalityThe ideal candidate has current experience recognizing infant and toddler development and milestones.They should be active, energetic, naturally nurturing, maintain a positive attitude, and take pride in keeping the environment structured, clean, and peaceful.
