Data runs on STACK.The PositionSTACK is seeking a Manager, IT Shared Services, to lead capacity planning, demand governance, and team performance for shared Business Systems Analysts (BSAs) and Support Analysts across IT (Americas).Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Applications, this is a newly created leadership role designed to help STACK scale. As the business grows and demand for enterprise systems increases, we need a strong operational leader to bring structure, transparency, and accountability to how work is prioritized and delivered.Your mandate is to bring structure, clarity, and accountability to how work maneuvers through the team - ensuring the right resources are focused on the highest-value initiatives at the right timeResponsibilitiesIf you thrive in environments where you can build clarity out of complexity, protect technical teams from chaos, and ensure the right work gets done at the right time - this role is for you. This role requires a confident operational leader who can manage technical contributors without micromanaging them. This role ensures their time and effort are aligned to corporate priorities. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Lead Capacity & Demand ManagementOwn resource allocation and capacity planning for shared BSAsDevelop clear visibility into utilization, backlog, and demand pipelineFacilitate prioritization cadences aligned to business objectivesBalance competing priorities and escalate trade-offs when necessaryMaintain dashboards that provide transparency across IT leadershipBuild Operational DisciplineDefine, implement, and enforce standardized intake processesImprove prioritization clarity and reduce scope creepDrive reporting transparency and continuous process improvementEstablish a scalable service delivery model to support company growthLead & Develop the TeamDirectly manage and mentor a growing team of Business Systems AnalystsSupport onboarding and performance managementSet clear expectations and boundariesProtect team focus while maintaining strong internal service levelsWhat Success Looks Like In Year OneIntake and prioritization are standardized and documentedResource allocation is transparent and data-drivenConfusion around ownership and sequencing is materially reducedThe BSA and Support teams operates with clear boundaries and balanced workloadsThe Director of Enterprise Applications is freed to focus on strategic roadmap and quality initiativesWhat This Role Is NotProduct ownership or stakeholder consulting (BSAs do that)Technical architecture, systems administration, or solution designVendor/contract managementProcurement or global operating model strategyThe focus is on capacity, process, prioritization, and team management. Business Systems Analysts own stakeholder engagement and solution design. Support Analysts provide first-line functional support for core enterprise systems and ensure high-quality service delivery.
