The ideal candidate is a fast, skilled executor who loves sports, understands what makes performance creative work, and is always looking for smarter ways to build and ship assets.This is not a strategy role. It's a making role. You should be someone who opens the tools and gets to work.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and produce creative assets across paid advertising, social, and brand marketing at high volumeBuild graphics and motion assets across all required formats and platformsSupport campaign ideation and help develop concepts alongside the marketing teamApply platform best practices and performance insights to every asset you produceIterate quickly based on feedback, data, and resultsUse AI-driven and automation tools to increase production speed without sacrificing qualityDeliver production-ready assets that require minimal reworkRequirements2 to 4 years of experience in creative, visual, or marketing designStrong graphic design fundamentals with motion graphics experienceProven ability to produce social and performance marketing creative at scaleAdvanced proficiency in Figma with a strong understanding of component systems, auto layout, and scalable file organization, plus working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, and Adobe Creative SuiteHands-on experience with AI-driven creative tools for rapid asset productionSports knowledge and genuine enthusiasm for the sports landscape — you follow the games, know the players, and understand what resonates with fansStrong attention to detail across typography, color, layout, and visual hierarchyA portfolio that demonstrates strong creative execution and consistent, high-volume output
