This organisation leverages vast amounts of data to enhance user experience and drive strategic insights.The Role Design, develop, and apply data science solutions to improve consumer product teams across areas like Feeds, Search, Growth, and Content Ecosystem. Create data assets, such as new tables and self-serve dashboards, to empower partners with data-driven insights. Develop reporting dashboards for product and engineering teams to monitor key metrics and conduct deep dives. Analyze large-scale datasets to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. Collaborate with product managers and engineers to translate product requirements into data science solutions. Develop and implement machine learning models and data science methods for anomaly detection, prediction, and pattern recognition.What You'll Need A degree (BS, MS, or PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field. 3+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a similar analytical role. Strong understanding of statistical modeling, machine learning algorithms, causal inference, and experimental design. Experience with large-scale data processing and analysis using tools like Spark, Hadoop, or Hive, with BigQuery experience being a plus. Proficiency in SQL and relational databases.
