Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery - Days

Full-time Registered Nurse position in the Labor and Delivery department at a hospital's maternity unit. Shifts are 12 hours, rotating holidays and weekends, totaling 36 hours/week. The unit includes a 7-bed labor and delivery area with triage bays and ORs, and a postpartum unit with private rooms and a nursery, serving over 1,100 families annually. Responsibilities include assessing and caring for mothers and newborns through antenatal, intrapartum, and postpartum stages, providing education, and participating in quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications include current MA RN licensure, BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications, and experience in labor and delivery. BSN preferred. Sign-on and retention bonuses are available.
