This role focuses on implementing client configuration tickets, troubleshooting production issues, and acting as a bridge between system integrations and product teams to drive platform improvements. A strong ability to communicate technical solutions, problem-solve, and proactively suggest enhancements is key to success in this position.Key ResponsibilitiesClient ConfigurationComplete and implement client configuration tickets in line with project requirements and deadlinesEnsure configurations meet client expectations and system standardsClient Interaction and CollaborationCollaborate with the Client Success team to review and discuss configuration settingsJoin client calls to present solutions, gather feedback, and address concerns regarding configurations and integrationsProblem Solving and SupportTroubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to client operationsLeverage technical expertise and investigative skills to deliver accurate and effective resolutionsCross-Team LiaisonServe as a liaison between the System Integrations team and the Product team to identify and communicate areas for platform improvementAdvocate for client and operational needs by proposing actionable improvement ideasRequirementsBachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field, OR equivalent experience in a similar roleDemonstrated experience in technical configurations and client-facing rolesStrong problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolutionExcellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiencesFamiliarity with Salesforce, APIs, and data integration platforms is a plusStrong analytical skills and the ability to identify areas of improvement and innovation within systems and processesA client-focused approach, committed to providing high-quality service and solutionsJ-18808-Ljbffr
