Role OverviewAs an Applied AI Technical Analyst, you will design, prototype, and help operationalize AI-driven solutions across the wealth management lifecycle. You will explore emerging technologies—including agentic and generative AI—while collaborating closely with product, design, and technology partners to turn ideas into production-ready capabilities.About The TeamThe Wealth Research & Development (R&D) team is a strategic innovation hub focused on building next-generation wealth management solutions. We operate at the intersection of advanced AI, data science, and human-centered design—rapidly prototyping, validating, and scaling solutions that shape the future of wealth services.Key ResponsibilitiesExplore cutting-edge frameworks and design principles to inform product strategyClean, analyze, and interpret data to support AI-driven initiativesCollaborate on requirements, architecture, testing, and QA for new solutionsSupport proof-of-concept efforts to validate emerging technologiesTranslate user research and feedback into actionable solution designsPartner with stakeholders across technology, product, and strategy, and lead knowledge‑sharing initiatives.Create dashboards, summaries, and presentations to share progress and insightsRequired QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related fieldHands-on experience with Python-based ML/LLM stacks (e.g., LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, Scikit-learn)Understanding of model deployment, evaluation, and lifecycle managementProficiency with tools for data gathering (SQL), analysis (Python), and application developmentFamiliarity with agentic AI (autonomous agents), generative AI (LLMs), and conversational AI (chat agents)Experience with modern frameworks for scalable, interactive applicationsKnowledge of data science workflows including wrangling, analytics, and governancePreferred QualificationsMaster’s or PhD in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related technical field3+ years of experience analyzing, evaluating and delivering AI/ML solutions in productionExperience in financial services domainFamiliarity with multi-agent systems or integrating LLMs with traditional systemsExperience building scalable, secure backend services, including APIs and microservices in cloud-native environments.Familiarity with Java for building, integrating, or scaling backend and enterprise-grade applicationsCore CompetenciesAnalytical thinking and problem-solving mindsetStrong research and synthesis skillsEffective communication across technical and non-technical audiencesAttention to detail in data handling and documentationAdaptability and curiosity in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environmentSalary Range$80,000 - $140,000 AnnualThe range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified.
