Supportive, collegial environment focused on work-life balance.Hospitalist backup available for deliveries at the on-call physician's discretion.Deliveries and surgeries at Northwestern Hospital Bentonville (Level II NICU with board-certified neonatologists). Nearby Willow Creek Hospital offers Level III NICU.
