Manager, Data Architect - AI
We are looking for a Manager Technology (Data Architect – Big Data) to lead the design and implementation of scalable, high-performance data architectures for enterprise-level big data initiatives. In this role, you will partner with engineering, data science, and business teams to deliver optimized, secure, and business-driven data solutions while providing technical leadership and strategic direction.Pay range:$70 to $75/hr on w2 Responsibilities:Design and implement scalable big data architectures for high-volume, high-velocity data processing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data models, pipelines, and governance frameworks Optimize data storage, retrieval, and processing for performance and scalability Ensure compliance with data security, privacy, and regulatory requirements Evaluate and recommend modern big data tools, technologies, and frameworks Lead and enforce data engineering best practices across teams Define and drive data strategy and roadmap aligned with business objectives Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to data engineering teams Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve data architecture performance Required Qualifications:8+ years of experience in data architecture, big data engineering, or related roles Strong expertise in big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Flink Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure Hands-on experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousing Proficiency in SQL, NoSQL databases, and distributed computing frameworks Strong understanding of data lakes, data warehouses, and real-time processing Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and performance optimization skills Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities Nice to Have:Certifications in big data technologies (e.g., AWS Big Data, Cloudera) Experience with real-time streaming and analytics Exposure to AI/ML-driven data solutions Industry experience in financial services, e-commerce, or other data-intensive domains If you meet the required qualifications and are interested in this role, please apply today.The Solomon Page DistinctionSolomon Page offers a comprehensive benefit program for hourly employees.
