CAPTEK is ACCEPTING APPLICATIONS for Production and Manufacturing positions./ppEssential Duties and Responsibilities:/pulliFollowing cGMPs (current Good Manufacturing Practices)/liliMoving bulk materials/liliManual mixing and adding ingredients/liliIn-process checks/liliUse of temperature probe, scales, water activity meter, moisture analyzer/liliPeer weight verification/liliRequesting, receiving, and handling materials from warehouse/liliScanning materials and WIP (work-in-progress) in ERP (Enterprise resource planning system)/liliHandles Gummy Collection, Gummy Coating, and Gummy Inspection/liliStacking and securing trays to carts and transport to Dry Room/liliReading MMR (Master Manufacturing Record)/liliFilling out Kitchen portion of batch record/liliComplete various trainings such as corporate, job specific, and cross training/liliCleaning kitchen equipment, utensils, tools, containers/liliChemical mixing handling/liliLine Clearance/liliMaintenance Calibration work order creation/liliSafety Inspections/liliDaily weekly tasks such as mopping, refilling PPE (personal protective equipment), self-inspections (facility)/liliOther tasks as assigned/li/ulpQualifications/Education/Experience:/pulliPrevious food manufacturing, food processing, industrial baking, pharmaceutical, and/or dietary supplement production and manufacturing experience preferred/liliMinimum High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent/li/ulpWork Environment:/ppThe work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.
